Flatline 5/28/19

QIC: Rust Bucket

PAX: Rust Bucket (QIC, WD), Turnover (WB), Zima, Cheesesteak

4 PAX turned out for a high intensity beatdown with no breaks at Flatline this morning. Here’s how it went.

 

The clock tower struck 5:30am and we were off… beginning with moving from the top of the parking lot to the bottom by performing 1 Burpee in each parking space in a line, a total of 21 Burpees just to get the blood flowing.

At the end of the parking lot, Wall Sits for a while and since our hands had nothing to do, 50 Jack Reachers OYO.

To get back to the other end of the parking lot we performed Railroad Tracks.

 

Mosey to the intersection of 3rd and Cherry and perform the following exercises with no rest in between (25 reps of each OYO):

  • SSH
  • Monkey Humpers
  • Star Jacks

 

Mosey to the intersection of 3rd and Liberty and perform the following exercises with no rest in between (25 reps of each OYO):

  • Mountain Climbers
  • Ski Abs
  • Plank Jacks

 

Mosey to the intersection of 3rd and Church and perform the following exercises with no rest in between (25 reps of each OYO):

  • WWII Sit ups
  • LBCs
  • Low Flutter

 

Mosey to the waterfall at Corpening Plaza and find a wall. Assume the BTTW position and perform Wall Worms the length of the wall (about 10 meters).

Mosey around to the top to begin running loops around the waterfall with the following directions:

At the top of the waterfall, perform 10 Mike Tysons OYO to start. Run around to the bottom and alternate each lap with a Sprint or a Backward Run of the flat section to the other side. Complete the loop by running around to the top again. After completing each loop, decrement the number of Mike Tysons by 1 until the PAX reach 0 or until time runs out.

 

Mosey back to the parking. Just enough time to do some Inch Worms for a short distance and a quick stretch of the legs.

NMM:

Zima was being Zima this morning. Meaning he tore up the workout while smiling the whole time. I think he dreams of doing Burpees.

Cheesesteak chose not to perform BTTW during the Wall Worms, instead he did BAFTW (Balls Away From The Wall) with his feet barely touching the wall… essentially he walked on his hands for the distance…. Yes, it was impressive.

Turnover definitely had his Wheaties this morning, refusing to let either Zima or Cheesesteak get away from him. Strong showing, keep it up.

    YHC intended to make it out for your Q, #Rustbucket, but insomnia made for rough going at alarm time. Solid looking workout!

    Zima, having done #Murph the day before, obviously needs more weight in the vest he was wearing… #BeastMode
