On this most Royal of days, 8 Pax fled the safety of their bed and or TV for an Impossible Situation beat down.

Warm-a-rama:

SSH x 25

Hillbillies x 20

Hand release merkins x 20

Whirlys x 20

Abe Vigoda x 15

The Thang:

Mosey counter clockwise around the park stopping at the main gate to HP

Partner up for modified Dora

Partner A, run to first stop sign, Partner B Squats – 3 rounds each

Partner A run, Partner B side lunge – 3 rounds each

Partner A run, Partner B Merkins – 2 rounds each

The Pax then went one block over and then ran back up the hill to the Bandstand for 7 Layers of Dip

7 two count dips followed by 7-Derkins, Erkins, Merkins, left and right leg step ups

Mosey back down the hill to the playground

Partner up again for reverse rows on the swing set.  25, 20 and 15 count rows with Carolina Dry Docks in between

A lap around the track followed by Mary and we were done.

News and Notes

Booboo reminded the Pax of the first anniversary of his sister’s death.  She left behind a husband and 5 children.  She spent her life serving others as a missionary in China.

Greenspan asked that as Christians we all respect others and not be selective about when we practice our values.

YHC took us out asking prayers for Rick’s extended family and for those suffering addiction and for those needing our help
