After introducing the PAX to the hills of Lower Ardmore on my last couple of Q’s, thought I’d explore another pathway to pain this time around. Remembering all of the complaints about route complexity, I also wanted to keep this one super-simple. \u2705\u00a0Easy to remember (Lawnboy, thanks for the acknowledgment) and I think, in the end, a memorable route.\u00a0Thought we’d be okay without JB laminates, but apparently not. With only 7 turns for OG’s, Glazer still managed to end up at Silas Creek Parkway. Guess it’s good he did as he was able to pick up La-Z-Boy and Full Upright Position who were also in the vicinity.<\/p>\n
Highlights of the after-action review:<\/p>\n
Okay to do routes that are extra long. Okay to do routes that have extra gain. Not cool to combine extra long + extra gain.<\/p>\n
No one’s training for BRR.<\/p>\n
Q inconsiderate for not dialing back the humidity for this morning’s run.<\/p>\n
Q sucks for creating an OG route that he didn’t actually run. #neveragain<\/p>\n
Other than that, not a lot of chatter.<\/p>\n
So overall, the outing was a tremendous success. PAX got stronger. Bonds grew deeper. Thanks, Balco! Hit me up any time.<\/p>\n
