{"id":9920,"date":"2019-08-14T09:45:41","date_gmt":"2019-08-14T13:45:41","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.f3winstonsalem.com\/f3\/?p=9920"},"modified":"2019-08-14T09:45:41","modified_gmt":"2019-08-14T13:45:41","slug":"bittersweet-morning-at-conspiracy","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.f3winstonsalem.com\/f3\/2019\/08\/bittersweet-morning-at-conspiracy\/","title":{"rendered":"Bittersweet Morning at Conspiracy"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>23 Handsome Pax showed up this morning for a muggy, bittersweet Conspiracy.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The bitter part of the workout is a personal thought as it is nearly time to say au revoir to F3WS for an extended period.\u00a0 The sweet part is appreciating the opportunity to be part of this great group for 5+ years now.\u00a0 On with the Show!<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Due to last night&#8217;s rain, workout plans were altered to keep us out of the park and on to the semi-dry streets of our fair city.\u00a0 Pax gathered and did a little run half way up The Intimidator.\u00a0 Stopped for SSH and Mountain Climbers after transitioning over to Brookstown.\u00a0 Then finished the climb up Brookstown with a Bear Crawl and Lunge Walk up to the lot behind Bernardins.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>We then ran to a parking deck for some dips, irkins and dips.\u00a0 Plank train to the edge and run a bit more.\u00a0 We raced a partner of similar speed to an ill-defined finish line.\u00a0 Did some whistle running and worked our way to the space between Bookmarks, Dominos and other fine businesses.\u00a0 Couldn&#8217;t do donkey kicks there because of the beautiful art, but were able to wall sit.\u00a0 Partner 100 time wasters were called by q for merkins and pickle pounders.\u00a0 Mutton lead a couple of rounds of his signature crunches too!<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Running out of time and running to the start were next.\u00a0 Finished with a couple of Mary exercises led by JB.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Announcements:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Something secret for secret people in the future.\u00a0 You know who you are and what I&#8217;m referencing.\u00a0 Make sure to post at the appointed time and place.<\/li>\n<li>Schmedfest right around the corner<\/li>\n<li>Swiss Miss&#8217; Birthday is the 21st of October this year<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>NMM:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Was a large crowd this morning and a bit intimidating for a q that had only a loose plan<\/li>\n<li>Really appreciate the fellas that broke traditional Wednesday routines to spend a bit of time with us natives of the Hanes Park area<\/li>\n<li>Appreciate even more how strong the Conspiracy group has become&#8230;today&#8217;s ages ranged from 10 to 60!\u00a0 Quite a spread.<\/li>\n<li>Hope the exercising wasn&#8217;t too boring or not challenging enough.\u00a0 Your q found it sufficient on both fronts.<\/li>\n<li>I&#8217;ll dispense with trying to be funny, feeling more reflective.\u00a0 Truly was an honor to be out there today and to be part of this group since its start.\u00a0 F3 is a wonderful social, fitness and spirtual outlet.\u00a0 None of us take it for granted and it&#8217;s exciting to see it continue to grow.\u00a0 Thank you for letting me be part.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>23 Handsome Pax showed up this morning for a muggy, bittersweet Conspiracy. &nbsp;
