{"id":9844,"date":"2019-08-09T16:04:55","date_gmt":"2019-08-09T20:04:55","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.f3winstonsalem.com\/f3\/?p=9844"},"modified":"2019-08-09T16:04:55","modified_gmt":"2019-08-09T20:04:55","slug":"flatline-funtimes-in-august","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.f3winstonsalem.com\/f3\/2019\/08\/flatline-funtimes-in-august\/","title":{"rendered":"Flatline Funtimes in August"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>YHC has been a little on the DL, a little on the vacay, and a lot on the slack.\u00a0 Not worked out much lately and it showed, but as they say, the Show must go on.<\/p>\n<p>#Flatline is all about moving and doing things so we moseyed around the parking lot doing SSH, Squats, Merkins, low flutter just in case anyone else was on #SpicoliTime;<\/p>\n<p>Then moseyed to Sawtooth Amphitheater: 10 Irkins OYO at the bottom, run up stairs, 10 WWII situps at the top, run back down.\u00a0 Finish where you started.\u00a0 Plankjacks on the stage when done waiting for the 6;<\/p>\n<p>We ran over the bridge at the Sawtooth Ampitheater, just because.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong>Moseyed to #CycleBar and did Freddy Mercury x20 IC to give tribute;<\/p>\n<p>Moseyed down 4th and did monkey humpers in front Camino Bakery.<\/p>\n<p>Moseyed down to Corpening Plaza<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Animal Walk around the quad: alternating Bear Crawl to Crab Walk to Alligator Walk to Crawl Bear until we go to the wall by the fountain<\/li>\n<li>Mike Tysons x10 IC<\/li>\n<li>People\u2019s Chair with Jack Reachers<\/li>\n<li>Australian Mountain Climbers x10 IC<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Moseyed to Pillared building next door for Pillars of Progress: count up burpees increasing one per column.\u00a0 There are 9 columns.\u00a0 #crowdpleaser<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Slight alteration #1: Donkey Kick Burpees. Ask me next time and I\u2019ll demonstrate.<\/li>\n<li>Alteration #2: YHC was gassed and Root Canal and Honey Badger were way out ahead, so YHC #OMAHAed once they were done so rest of PAX were done.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Moseyed around and returned to 1st Prez parking lot<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>#BROGA!\n<ul>\n<li>YHC led PAX through Sun Salutation Series while facing the Sunrise<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>MOM:\n<ul>\n<li>Triple Peter Parker (needs a better name): In plank, knee to wrist, knee to elbow, knee to shoulder = 1 rep.\u00a0 Did 10 slow IC.<\/li>\n<li>Campfire style MOM for rest of time:\n<ul>\n<li>Rootin\u2019 Tootin\u2019 Canal made use do merkins.
