YHC stepped in to rectify and make sure the PAX wasn\u2019t getting too comfortable on flat land.<\/p>\n<p>We kept things simple. Painful. But simple.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Warm-o-rama:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none\">\n<ul>\n<li>2x laps on the track<\/li>\n<li>6x 50m calisthenics<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><strong>Main event:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none\">\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Round 1<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li>Start at bottom of Intimidator \u2013 sprint to 1<sup>st<\/sup> cross street, mosey back<\/li>\n<li>Sprint to second cross street, mosey back, walk to track<\/li>\n<li>1x 400m sprint on track, walk to base of Intimidator<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>Round 2<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li>\u201cSprint\u201d up Intimidator to Glade st, mosey back, walk to track<\/li>\n<li>1x 400m sprint on track, walk to base of Intimidator<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>Repeat round 1<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Repeat round 2 <\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Announcements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Greenspan filed an official complaint regarding the incline of the Intimidator. Complaint will be investigated by F3 Audit Committee sometime around the year 2045.<\/li>\n<li>Greenspan is also on the hunt for more teammates for the Tuna 200 run. He promises the entire run is downhill.<\/li>\n<li>Don\u2019t forget to register for <a href=\"https:\/\/greensboro.eventful.com\/events\/shmedfest-2019-benefiting-crisis-control-mini-\/E0-001-126793361-5\">Shmedfest<\/a>. August 24<sup>th<\/sup> at 4pm. F3\/FIA convergence that morning at 0700 at the WS Fairgrounds.
