Knowing I will miss the next two days of workouts, I needed something that would serve as the equivalent of two, maybe three beatdowns. The goal was to specifically target different sets of muscles to near exhaustion\u2026three unfortunate souls joined me for the supplication of the rest of today\u2019s jellied limbs.<\/p>\n<p>WoR<\/p>\n<p>SSH x15, IST x15, Merkin x10, Downdog w\/calf stretches (10 count), Fire Hydrants x10 each leg, Seal Claps x15, OH Claps x15<\/p>\n<p>Mosey one lap around the parking lot and to the nearby shelter for the start of the thang:<\/p>\n<p>Aiken Legs routine \u2013 20 squats to the bench, 20 lunges (10 each leg), 20 box jumps, 20 skip jacks (aka alternating jump lunge). All OYO, all immediately in succession of one another<\/p>\n<p>Arms break \u2013 15 irkins, 15 dips, 15 derkins OYO.<\/p>\n<p>10 count, then repeato. Substitute Apollo Ohnos for skip jacks<\/p>\n<p>10 count, then repeato but cut the # of reps to 10 each<\/p>\n<p>Mosey back to launch &amp; retrieve a coupon out of the back of YHCs car.<\/p>\n<p>Curls x 15, parking lot suicide<\/p>\n<p>OH Press x 15, Curls x 15, parking lot suicide<\/p>\n<p>Front Raise x 15, OH Press x 15, Curls x 15, parking lot suicide<\/p>\n<p>Bent over row x 10, Front Raise x 10, OH Press x 10, Curls x 10, parking lot suicide<\/p>\n<p>Chest press x 10, Bent over row x 10, Front Raise x 10, OH Press x 10, Curls x 10, parking lot suicide<\/p>\n<p>Skull crushers x 10, Chest press x10, Bent over row x 10, Front Raise x 10, OH Press x 10, Curls x 10, parking lot suicide<\/p>\n<p>Ditch coupons, circle up.<\/p>\n<p>Since YHC miscalculated the timing of part 2, we had a little extra time for Mary (8 minutes worth) so I pulled out an idea I had been sitting on for a while\u2026after each called exercise, pax complete 10 WWIIs OYO.<\/p>\n<p>Low flutter x 15 (10 WWIIS)<\/p>\n<p>Mutton crunch x 15 (10 WWIIs, you get the picture)<\/p>\n<p>Box cutter x 15<\/p>\n<p>Freddy Merc x 15<\/p>\n<p>SGT Schultz called American Hammers x 15<\/p>\n<p>Blue Light Special had mercy on the pax, called a hip flexor stretch that YHC needs to incorporate into his daily routine<\/p>\n<p>Schneider giggled and then called Alabama Prom Dates x 15<\/p>\n<p>Fin.<\/p>\n<p>NMM<\/p>\n<p>Small but intense group the AM. Not much MC, zero complaining. Blue Light is one I don\u2019t get to see often, so it was good to get to know him a little better ITG. He\u2019s a Liverpool fan, which is forgivable, but he was a little morose this morning because of the heartbreaking loss his club suffered yesterday in a charity match. Poor Schultz wouldn\u2019t have been there if I didn\u2019t EH him after the ruck yesterday, so YHC appreciates him following through on his commitment. Schneider is a beast who has a sense of humor possibly centered around sexually suggestive exercises. I am beat and can hardly walk or lift my arms, #cobains to the three of you who joined in.<\/p>\n<p>CoT<\/p>\n<p>Shmedfest 8\/24, see everyone else\u2019s backblasts for the info<\/p>\n<p>Prayers for our country\u2019s leadership &amp; for those suffering following the deadly attacks in Dayton, OH &amp; El Paso, TX.<\/p>\n<p>Sassy, thanks for the keys.
