Yet another great Purgatory! <\/p>\n
Started off with Side Straddle Hops, followed by some Imperial Storm Troopers and a Deep Lunge Stretch.<\/p>\n
Mosey over to the playground equipment to begin a partner workout. MAX HANG while partner RUNS LAP around dirt track. (3 full rounds with each partner max hanging 3 times)<\/p>\n
Mosey ALL THE WAY back across the school to the concrete platform next to the pool. We then started another partner exercise. Each partner was to complete a total of 200 Merkins…while one does Merkins, the other holds a plank. Once we finished that misery, we followed that up by 200 Dips…while one partner does Dips, other holds the UP position of the Dip. (We hate you arms!)<\/p>\n
Mosey over to parking lot where there was a slight incline and commenced a Sprint up hill with a recovery walk back to starting point. We did this for 5 rounds.<\/p>\n
We ended with a nice little 10 minute EMOM Mary! (ABS WERE CRUSHED!)<\/p>\n
