Splash! has recently been on the recruiting rounds at Wake Med., as evidenced by 2 FNGs posting this morning! T-claps Splash! The Pax got down to business at 0700 and the Thang went something like this&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>Warm-O-Rama: IC<\/p>\n<p>SSH (20), IS (20), Merkins (10 and hold), Mtn Climb (10 hold, recover), Squats (15), Running Scissors (20)<\/p>\n<p>Mosey to track<\/p>\n<p>4 Corners (sort of 4): each corner drop for 40 single count of one exercise<\/p>\n<p>corner 1 = merkins, corner 2 = squats, corner 3 = flutter (r leg count), corner 4 = jack reachers. The pax seemed to really enjoy 4 corners so we rinsed and repeated (time waster).<\/p>\n<p>Mosey to Rocks:<\/p>\n<p>Grab a good sized rock for the following <strong>3 rounds<\/strong> of IC work; each round = curls (10), row (10), skull crusher (10), press (10)<\/p>\n<p>Wall Work: Emperors chair (1 min.), rebound drill (20 single count jumps), Mike Tysons (10 IC), Emperor Chair(~40 secs)<\/p>\n<p>Mosey to pkg. lot for 1\/2 Dora.<\/p>\n<p>Dora (w\/ partner): 100 Freddie Mercs, 200 SSH<\/p>\n<p>Benchwork: IC<\/p>\n<p>Dips (20), step ups (15 each leg), Derkins (10), Irkins (10)<\/p>\n<p>Mary: IC<\/p>\n<p>Rosalita (20), Heels 2 Heaven (15), LBC (20), Mutton (10)<\/p>\n<p>Fin!<\/p>\n<p>BOM: YHC took PAX out w\/ words of thanks and prayers for health, thoughts for those in LA (pending storm).<\/p>\n<p>Prayers: Splash patient who recently passed, Emoji friend giving birth, Peacemakers wife, Wobegon wife<\/p>\n<p>Annc:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Winston-Salem HOPE need volunteers for July 18th (0900 to 1030) and August 15th (0900 to 1030). Bulldog blood). So, we arrived at HighCotton after some discussion re. his academic pedigree (Emory) and direct challenge to YHC re. Auburn v. UGA point spread in this year&#8217;s game #WDE.
