I answered the call for Mayhem Qs and agreed to a date without realizing it would be only a few days after returning from a European vacation. Realizing I was a victim of my own bad planning and that I would still be pretty jet lagged I had no one to take it out on except the pax. So with that in mind I chose to take them all on a “vacation” with me.<\/p>\n

Mosey to the rock pile, all pax chose a large (roller bag) and a medium (personal item) sized rock to bring on the plane<\/p>\n
Put the roller bag in the overhead, 15 curls with the large rock OYO, put the personal item in the overhead, repeat with medium rock<\/p>\n
Drop rocks and run to catch your connection by running down the driveway to the Meadowlark sign<\/p>\n
Repeat but with skull crushers to beat the person in front of you on the plane that takes forever to get out when you have a tight connection<\/p>\n
Repeat but with overhead press because the overhead compartments are much higher on international flights<\/p>\n
Repeat but with bent over rows (20 and 30 reps) to simulate my posture after the 10 hour flight to Venice, put rocks away you have arrived<\/p>\n
Pelleton run to the parking lot by the park to catch your boat taxi to the hotel<\/p>\n
To honor the 7 hour time difference we did 7 of diamonds (I know its only 6 hours ahead in Venice but 6 of diamonds isn’t a thing)<\/p>\n
Run to each corner of the parking lot and do 7 burpees (crowed pleaser) then 14 crunches, then 21 merkins (surprisingly crappy), then 28 squats<\/p>\n
Mosey to benches to simulate carrying all the souvenirs your family bought<\/p>\n
20 dips IC<\/p>\n
20 Derkins OYO<\/p>\n
20 Irkins OYO<\/p>\n
And to simulate all the walking you did 10 box jumps<\/p>\n
Mosey to wall to catch the bus boat back to your hotel (it is Venice)<\/p>\n
BTW while pax crawled past one at a time in tunnel of love fashion to simulate all the crowds you have to push past to get on the bus boat<\/p>\n
