Undertow and Cheesesteak hammered it in to the AO\/launch on their 2 Wheeled steeds.<\/p>\n<p>With a quick discussion about the route, thoroughly ironed out by Undertow, the pax set out for a local spin.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>THE THANG &#8211;<\/p>\n<p>Right on Miller &gt; Left on Country Club &gt; Right on Peacehaven &gt; Left on Millhaven &gt; Right on Robinhood w\/ Quick left on Robinhood Cir merging back on with Robinhood &gt; Left on Shattalon &gt; Right on Petree &gt; Left on Polo &gt; Right on Indiana &gt; Right on W32nd &gt; Left on Shorefair &gt; Right on 27th\/Coliseum &gt; Left on Robinhood &gt; Right on Stratford back to Whole Foods.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Total Mileage &#8211; 21.25<\/p>\n<p>Total Elevation gain &#8211; 820 Ft<\/p>\n<p>Avg Speed &#8211; 16.0 Mph<\/p>\n<p>Total Moving Time &#8211; 1Hr 20Mins<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>NMM &#8211;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>#TClaps to Undertow for a solid route, hills were had, heartrates were escalated, legs were used.<\/li>\n<li>Welcome Mac, Will have to give him a nickname next time, stayed steady on the climbs!<\/li>\n<li>Zima threw out solid challenges to pace, displaying leadership through pace disruption.<\/li>\n<li>Cheesesteak, always going back for the six.<\/li>\n<li>5$, does he have a motor installed on his bike, some say yes, impossible to tell honestly.
