0510<\/td>\n@Resistor rides by house and notes the\u00a0 light on in my bathroom<\/td>\nQ sleeping peacefully. M wakes up and goes to bathroom and thinks to self, \u201cI thought my normally reliable husband was working out this morning. \u00a0 Oh well, best let him sleep\u201d\u00a0 M goes back to sleep again.<\/p>\n

0530<\/td>\nVarious Pax: \u201cHey, where is Goofy? “He was tweeting last night.” “Oh and he texted me to be here.” “I thought I saw a light on in his house when driving by.\u201d<\/p>\n

Tennis courts partner work: each partner does one weight and one other exercise twice on either end of the tennis courts with<\/p>\n

10 Copperhead Squats in the middle each time.<\/p>\n

Skull Crushers\/Star Jumps<\/p>\n

Bent Over Rows\/American Hammer<\/p>\n

OH Press\/LBCs<\/p>\n

Front Raise\/Heels to Heaven<\/p>\n

Q wakes up, thinks to self \u201cWow, I slept good last night… Wait, my alarm didn\u2019t go off, what time is it?\u201d \u00a0 Turns on light and fumbles for phone. Says loudly \u201cOh Crap!!!\u201d (or other choice words) M is startled and wakes up. \u201cWhat is wrong?!? Q \u201cI overslept!!\u201d M with “that stare” says \u201cI am so very sorry dear\u2026now please turn the light off and shut up so I can go back to sleep\u201d<\/p>\n

Q sits up in bed. For a second deliriously thinks \u201cHey, I can still make it. I will just be a little late\u201d – then consciousness and reality hits – it\u2019s not happening. Sends regretful tweet. Then decides to post anyway.<\/p>\n

Gets ready quickly and drives to beat down.<\/p>\n

0602<\/td>\nAfter asking if everything was okay. \u00a0 Some say nice things to assigned Q and some more appropriately give Q deserved crap<\/td>\nArrives at B&W, turns on promised tunes, prepares for the deserved crap, and tries to seamlessly join in for what little workout is left.<\/p>\n

  • YHC now has the Q at B&W on July 24, and will set my alarm<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
