YHC threw out some D Day facts but noted that I had gotten a little engrossed in last night’s research and almost forgot I was planning a workout – #historybuff<\/p>\n
Even breaking them up, 44 burpees is a lot<\/p>\n
We encountered a teacher setting up for Clemmons Elementary Field Day – hope she doesn’t tell Carla on us and hope the kiddies don’t have to do 44 burpees today<\/p>\n
Schneider’s extra mission of brickcarrying added more than expected to workout<\/p>\n

YHC took us out thanking for freedom men of D Day gave us and hope for peace in today’s world. Hard to imagine what those men faced and the price that was paid.<\/p>\n
