take them with you to the wall<\/li>\n<li>In honor of the 4077th MASH unit<\/li>\n<li>40 seconds of wall sit, while chest pressing small rocks<\/li>\n<li>7 Mike Tysons<\/li>\n<li>7 Zuckerburg rebound drills<\/li>\n<li>repeat 3 x<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>My Urologist (Medical professional who extinguished a painful kidney stone a few years ago)<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Take your 3 small rocks on a lap around the large field<\/li>\n<li>stop at every turn for 5 merkins<\/li>\n<li>gather in the center of the field &#8211; hold rocks over you head and jump up and down 100 times, to simulate a Lithotripsy procedure<\/li>\n<li>put all rocks in a single pile and form a plank line next to it<\/li>\n<li>pass all rocks underneath the plank line (passing of the now pulverized stone)<\/li>\n<li>Return rocks to the pile<\/li>\n<li>Mosey to front of school<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The Rug Doctor (commercial business entity which employs Butter &#8211; Your mind leaps from problem to problem to problem, tangling your thoughts in anxious knots. When you think like that, you leave Me out of your worldview and your mind becomes darkened.
