It was an ideal condition morning with the Moon and Jupiter overhead.\u00a0 7 pax joined me and some were apparently surprised not only by my rare appearance at Flatline but also that I was the Q.<\/p>\n
The Flatline pax raise a high bar for beatdowns and YHC tried to fill those shoes.\u00a0 In Flatline tradition at the appointed time we immediately began our adventure.\u00a0 We travelled 1st St to the Ball Park.\u00a0 When we neared it, we modified our run into some Apollo Creeds, Butt Kickers, Hi Knees and Cariocas.<\/p>\n
We then discovered some conveniently placed instructions in the parking lot at the bottom of the grassy knoll.\u00a0 YHC explained that on this day in history, Hank Aaron – YHC’s favorite baseball player hit his first of 755 home runs.\u00a0 Our goal was to perform 755 exercises.\u00a0 The first 700 were as follows:<\/p>\n
50 each of first exercise at bottom of hill – run up to the top and perform 50 of the second<\/p>\n
1 Merkins\/Squats<\/p>\n
2 LBCs\/Seal Claps<\/p>\n
3 Carolina DD\/Rt Lunge<\/p>\n
4 Low Dolly\/ Lft Lunge<\/p>\n
5 Jack Reachers\/ Monkey Humpers<\/p>\n
6 Plank Jacks\/ OH Claps<\/p>\n
7 Cobra Humpers\/ SSHs<\/p>\n
Then for the last 55 – 5 burpees at each of what ended up as 10 islands in the parking lot and one more set back at start point.\u00a0 Just enough time to run back to launch point for a little Mary.<\/p>\n
Mary was pax choice with LBCs, some 90 degree foolishness by Greenspan, more burpee foolishness from Thistle and planking with merkins from Dr. TC.<\/p>\n
6:15 and we’re done.<\/p>\n

Good to see a few old faces that YHC had not worked out with in a while including Lysol, Butter and Beverly<\/p>\n
It was a strong group that leaned a little toward the respect side but you would never know it.\u00a0 Thistle and Root Canal are always impressive<\/p>\n
Cheesesteak gets his money’s worth on lunges<\/p>\n

Butter’s Hair was there although I seem to remember it being darker<\/p>\n
There were no falls on the hill but a few slides<\/p>\n
Flatline pax don’t plank for the six they run in the parking lot<\/p>\n
1st St is a bad hill to climb coming home after all that<\/p>\n
