Tax day, start of Holy Week, start of Spring Break, chilly and breezy.\u00a0 Lots of reasons to mail it in this morning.\u00a0 But, alas, the Respects were up anyway due to bathroom breaks, sore back, crampy legs…whatever ails you.\u00a0 So, you might as well Run & Gun.<\/p>\n
Route: A simple route that even Resistor can follow.\u00a0 Wiley Bus lot to Runnymeade\/Warwick.\u00a0 Right on Westview, Right on Forest, Right on Arbor, Left on Warwick and back home.<\/p>\n
Gunning included:\u00a0 Copperhead Squats + Merkins….Elbow Plank Leg Lifts + Low Dolly.\u00a0 Finished with 50 LBCs.<\/p>\n
Moleskine:<\/p>\n
At 48, Lawn Boy rung the War Baby bell.\u00a0 A couple more years to claim the “Respect Title.”\u00a0 Burlap (I believe) was War Daddy, as he has YHC and Resistor by a couple of months.<\/p>\n
Per usual, Mutton took off early and actually ran the course in the right direction.\u00a0 He could have likely hung back with the other PAX as the pace was not blistering.\u00a0 Good fellowship along the way as we dodged sticks and puddles.<\/p>\n
Tabata started fairly innocently.\u00a0 But, the elbow plank leg lifts combined with low dolly was not very nice.\u00a0 Sorry…who knew?\u00a0 Looked good on paper.<\/p>\n
The music was outstanding, as we crossed genres with Kasey Chambers to Neon Trees to Nelly.\u00a0 EWF (that’s Earth, Wind, and Fire for the young’uns out there) took us out with LBC’s.<\/p>\n
