Today was YHC’s 2 Year F3 Anniversary. Thankful to Mash for the strong EHing to get me to post. I havent looked back since.<\/p>\n

Mosey to upper shelter with cardboard wheel of exercises and tunes.<\/p>\n
Spin wheel and perform number and exercise that the arrows pointed to. Lots of plank jacks and 4 laps were run around the track. Other exercises included. Burpies, SSH, LBC, Bench Press (these confused Whirly), Merkins. Lots of mumble chatter about all the plank jacks being performed.<\/p>\n
