UA is an amazing playground for the Dash! Lot&#8217;s of good ole fashion &#8220;urban&#8221; apparatus to explore and challenge. YHC had a copycat workout in mind (thanks to #Starfish), but was forced to play it &#8220;fast and loose&#8221; due to the downpour&#8230;this is what YHC came up with in an Adhoc sort of way:<\/p>\n<p>The Thang:<\/p>\n<p>Warmorrama IC &#8211; 20 SSH, 20 IS, 20 Squats, 15 Peter Parkers hold, 15 Parker Peters.<\/p>\n<p>Mosey to pkg garage off Church St.<\/p>\n<p>Parking Garage Marathon&#8217;s (inspired by MarbleArch Marathon&#8217;s, which are inspired by Barkley Marathon&#8217;s)&#8230;all exercises 10 count<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>10 Merkins at bottom level of garage, then run up one level above<\/li>\n<li>10 Burpees, run up to next level<\/li>\n<li>10 lunges\u00a0 (r, then l = 1&#8230;),up a level<\/li>\n<li>10 Russian Twists (r, then l = 1), down stairs to bottom level<\/li>\n<li>Upon completion of Merkins, run up stairs and conduct exercises in reverse order, and back-n-forth until 6:10<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Mary: IC &#8211; 20 Low flutter, 20 Freddie Mercs, 20 LBC<\/p>\n<p>Fin!<\/p>\n<p>Mosey back to Bailey Park<\/p>\n<p>COT: YHC took PAX out with words of thanks for the spg rain and opportunity to spend quality time with brothers!<\/p>\n<p>Annc: Thistle has UA Q next week. YHC has OG Q next week too!<\/p>\n<p>MC:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Great to catch up with Sgt. Schultz&#8230;he seemed to really enjoy YHCs War Eagle rendition last week during Purg! Something about &#8220;Taking it to the edge and not going too far over&#8230;&#8221; Burlap thinks otherwise, so too does Goofy and Mongoose.<\/li>\n<li>YHC had the pleasure of meeting #Posthole for the 1st time! Great guy&#8230;hard worker&#8230;#keepitup!<\/li>\n<li>Blue Steel and Snookie posting to the same AO is terrifying for a Q&#8230;both dudes take it to the #NEXTLEVEL<\/li>\n<li>Some minor confusion with YHC&#8217;s instructions on how exactly to reverse the course, but we worked it out&#8230;except when the stairwell door locked. YHC believes Thistle and Whirly had a little rework in their route.<\/li>\n<li>Most PAX completed 5 full rotations, a couple may have achieved 6? 7?<\/li>\n<li>PAX stayed mostly dry&#8230;except for the sweat.<\/li>\n<li>#Cheesesteak runs a tight AO at #UA&#8230;good stuff indeed!
