Mosey to field in the middle of the track (hey……new tennis courts, I guess it’s been a long time since I’ve posted to Hanes).<\/p>\n
The Star – there was a cone in the middle of a star (5 cones (or yes, cups Palin) ~40 yards away from the center cone). Run to a point, perform 15 merkins, return to the center for 5 burpees. \u00a0continue until you have been to all 5 points. \u00a0Round 2 – crucible merkins x 10 and 5 burpees.<\/p>\n
Yes Palin, leave the cones where they are, but we will mosey on to something else. \u00a0Mosey over the hill behind Wiley – we picked up Buyout on the way to make it 10 PAX. \u00a0Get into groups of 3\/4 for a Grinder.<\/p>\n
Grinder – Bottom of the hill – Prisoner Getups, run backwards up this hill, Top of the hill – rocking chair lunges (2 full rounds)<\/p>\n
Round 2 – Monkey jumpers – run forwards – fire hydrants.<\/p>\n
Mosey to the stairs at near the track for DORA<\/p>\n
DORA – 100 Peter parkers, 200 LBC, 300 Low Flutter – partners run to top of hill and perform pull ups AMRAP up to 5<\/p>\n
752 – run back to the Star – see Palin, thats why we left them there. \u00a0One more time around the star with 10 merkins and 5 burpees.<\/p>\n
Collect the “Cones” and mosey back to the start<\/p>\n
Mary – penguin crunch x 10IC, Freddy Merk x 10 IC. \u00a0FIN<\/p>\n
YHC has to be at a conference and in a suit in 20 min so I tossed the keys back to Palin for COT and took off before PAX could bash me!<\/p>\n
Great group today and great push by all.<\/p>\n
MC – we completed 125 merkins and 50 burpees in the first 10 mins of the workout – Root canal openly stated that the Star was the worst 8 minutes of his life. \u00a0Thank you.<\/p>\n
Palin was concerned that I was using orange cups for cones. \u00a0I informed him that I left the wife and kids with bowls they could drink out of and that it was alright.<\/p>\n
This was my first time working out with Bo staff and Buyout. \u00a0Both were crazy strong and I look forward to working out with them again.<\/p>\n
Cherry Pie never gets tired – not new information<\/p>\n
VG loved the star and gave the workout “3 stars” – clever VG, clever<\/p>\n
We need to have Drip pee in a cup – that HIM has become super fast<\/p>\n
Cheesesteak wanted more squats – I would have loved to do more but my quads were shot after the running uphill backwards!<\/p>\n
