11 strong came for my annual trek to Mayhem. \u00a0I have the ultimate respect for those living in this neck of the woods who make it regularly to Urban Assault and Flatline. \u00a0That is a haul.<\/p>\n
This morning’s workout did not take a lot of creativity as I recycled my last one from some time ago.<\/p>\n
We took a quick mosey down to the lower parking lots. After some typical warm-a-rams of Side Straddle Hops, Imperial Storm Troopers seal claps, we got down to \u00a0counting from 20 backwards. \u00a0 It went something like this.<\/p>\n
