Found out what it&#8217;s not!"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>It was a busy week, so I am just now posting the BB from The Outhouse.<\/p>\n<p>Q&#8217;ing for this crew was lovely.\u00a0 It was a serene and gentle way to start the day\/week.\u00a0 We were honored to have a Zuckerberg appearance who should be renamed Sandbag for how he dominated the end of the workout.\u00a0 Will I see Zuckerberg again soon, or will he Zion us and be an Outhouse One and Doner?\u00a0 Bevo and Burns were also in attendance and they also have wheels.<\/p>\n<p>As I contemplated my Q, I kept thinking how I had never attended or led a Tabata workout &#8211; and per Zima, I still haven&#8217;t.\u00a0 I knew it was based on High Intensity Interval Training or HIIT.\u00a0 Here is a Tabata definition I found <strong>after<\/strong> Outhouse.\u00a0 I got part of it correct&#8230;<\/p>\n<h3 id=\"mntl-sc-block_1-0-8\" class=\"comp mntl-sc-block mntl-sc-block-heading\"><span class=\"mntl-sc-block-heading__text\">The Tabata Protocol Format<\/span><\/h3>\n<div id=\"mntl-sc-block_1-0-9\" class=\"comp mntl-sc-block mntl-sc-block-html\">\n<ul>\n<li>20 seconds of a very\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.verywellfit.com\/what-is-high-intensity-exercise-1230811\" data-component=\"link\" data-source=\"inlineLink\" data-type=\"internalLink\" data-ordinal=\"1\">high intensity exercise<\/a> (e.g., sprints, burpees, squat jumps, etc.)\u00a0 &#8212;\u00a0<strong> Too Short<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>10 seconds of rest\u00a0 &#8212;\u00a0<strong> Too Long<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Repeat 8 times for a total of 4 minutes\u00a0 &#8212;\u00a0<strong> Too Few<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<p>So I thought we should use the parking lot at Mt. Tabor Methodist again &#8211; Sgt. Schultz had led us in a great WIB there recently.\u00a0 I kept thinking about a variety of exercises that would work our legs\/cardio, arms and core, but I knew there was more to do &#8211; it came to me in the middle of the night &#8212; bring a bunch of bricks.\u00a0 So I am off to the Outhouse with bricks and my new Tabata app on my phone.\u00a0 I put the cycles at 60 seconds with a 5 second rest, seemed reasonable to me at the time &#8212; did not pass muster with the PAX.\u00a0 I thought the faster we ran up and back down the hill, only toting the bricks one way, the more time we would have to recover.\u00a0 So there were a few Omahas called &#8211; some by the Q.\u00a0 I knew I was on shaky leadership ground when Burns moved my cones to reduce the distance running up the hill with the bricks on our first cycle.\u00a0 And he was one of the nicest guys in attendance on Monday.<\/p>\n<p>So with no warm up (another crowd pleaser) we left the dark confines of Linebach, crossing Robinhood, to go to Mt.
