8 PAX met in the lot on a balmy wet morning for some redlining.\u00a0 YHC was in the lot alone for a little while and was concerned that the mid 30 degree temps would keep people away.\u00a0 However, 7 other pax decided to join me.\u00a0 We gathered quickly and made sure Burlap’s shoes were tied and began…<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
1. Warm-up lap counterclockwise around the park until we got to bridge at base of Glade.<\/div>\n
2. 60 sec dash up Glade and mosey back down to bridge.<\/div>\n
3. Pax were split into 2 groups based on distance covered during 60 sec (fast group and less fast group)<\/div>\n
4. Fast moving peleton run from base of Glade to intersection with Clover.\u00a0 Fast group lassied back.<\/div>\n
5. Recovery mosey down Clover.<\/div>\n
6. From base of Intimidator ran up hill 3 times (20 sec\/40 sec\/60 sec).\u00a0 Recovery mosey back to bottom with quick turn-around without recovery at bottom *<\/div>\n
7. Mosey to base of Brookstown<\/div>\n
8. Peleton run (as before) up Brookstown taking 4 1\/2 street branch (#crowdpleaser) up to Summit.<\/div>\n
9. Mosey back down Brookstown and around to base of Pilot View<\/div>\n
10. Run up PV for 45 sec then back down and repeat for 90 sec.<\/div>\n
11.\u00a0 Mosey back down to intersection of PV and Carolina.\u00a0 Sprint up PV to Jersey.<\/div>\n
12. Mosey back to lot.<\/div>\n

2. YHC took us out praising God for the support f3 gives our brothers who are stuggling.<\/div>\n

NMM<\/div>\n
1. *We need to put together a collection to buy Burlap some velcro shoes.\u00a0 His shoes conveniently became untied so the pax were blessed with extra unplanned rest between jaunts up various hills.\u00a0 Maybe his hands were still numb from yesterday morning’s #Outhouse.<\/div>\n
2. YHC might be the only one that likes 4 1\/2 Street.\u00a0 At least that is the feeling I got this AM.<\/div>\n
3. Winklevoss was cruising (per usual) this am and almost made it to the top of PV in 90 sec.\u00a0 Impressive feat after all the other hill work.<\/div>\n
4. I promised last week that we would not run any 400s and I kept that promise.\u00a0 I also promised to keep our hands dry.<\/div>\n
5. Peacemaker must’ve shown up on #spicolitime bc he showed up in the parking lot after the COT.\u00a0 He said he ran on the track so I guess he preferred running more 400s.<\/div>\n
