Specifically, because I had a created a route for a #RnG Q two years ago that never happened and more importantly the launch was nestled in the Barony. YHC even trolled the other Monday AM Q&#8217;s on the twitters last night while leaving those idiots in the village alone to enjoy their &#8220;wood&#8221; anniversary. Even though the weather app on YHC&#8217;s phone was terribly inaccurate with it&#8217;s morning report, 8 Pax faced the cold and drizzle to start Monday off with a little running and gunning.<\/p>\n<p>It went down kind of like this&#8230;&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>Route: <a class=\"twitter-timeline-link\" title=\"https:\/\/tinyurl.com\/y4e7w2rb\" href=\"https:\/\/t.co\/ptbc8nsgd3\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" data-expanded-url=\"https:\/\/tinyurl.com\/y4e7w2rb\"><span class=\"js-display-url\">tinyurl.com\/y4e7w2rb<\/span><span class=\"tco-ellipsis\"><span class=\"invisible\">\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/a><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>R on Sunset<\/li>\n<li>R on Glad<\/li>\n<li>L on Runnymeade<\/li>\n<li>R on Stratford<\/li>\n<li>R on Buena Vista<\/li>\n<li>R on Virgina<\/li>\n<li>R on Hawthorne<\/li>\n<li>R on NorthWest<\/li>\n<li>R on Reynolda<\/li>\n<li>R on West End<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>We then gunned for 3 rounds of tabata (20secs AMRAP\/ 10secs rest)<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Merkins\/LBC<\/li>\n<li>Squats\/Seal Claps<\/li>\n<li>Wilt Chamberlains\/American Hammers<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>YHC took us out.<\/p>\n<p>Prayers for &#8216;Bout Times cousin battling cancer<\/p>\n<p>NMM:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lysol philosophically contemplated whether we were dedicated or insane, and concluded we were insanely dedicated<\/li>\n<li>Skinny Glazer ran like a man possessed and lead the whole way until Lysol pressed him at the end<\/li>\n<li>JB is in full recovery mode and is wanting to go snowboarding.
