So…we have a new Clemmons workout, that Starfish kicked off last week. As tradition, just like when VI launched, I followed him up with the second Q. Because, you know, I never come to boot camps, so may as well just Q one. Maybe they won’t ask me back……<\/p>\n
So the call was made for #CharlieFoxtrot to see if YHC could get the pax to say Whiskey Tango Foxtrot. I hadn’t really been to many Saturday workouts in a while, so I hit the Exicon on the Nation’s website, and found some clutch routines.<\/p>\n
10 other men heeded the call, with many putting in some EC mileage, against YHC’s previous warnings, and the thang went a little something like this.<\/p>\n

Black Jack — Pax run between two parking lot islands. Do 20 Merkins at opposite island, run back to start and do one LBC. Repeat until 1 Merkin and 20 LBCs. Always equal 21<\/p>\n

Walls of Fire — Pax mosey over to wall and hold People’s Chair as each pax does 10 Squat Jumps and 10 Donkey Kicks oyo. To up the ante, several pax did Seal or Overhead Claps while waiting<\/p>\n

7 of Diamonds — Back to main area of parking lot. Run from cone to cone in diamond form. Perform 7 Gorilla Humpers (wide legged Monkey Humpers) at each cone. Then 14 American Hammers. Then 21 Lunges. Then 14 American Hammers. Then 7 Gorilla Humpers.<\/p>\n

Mosey over to logs and did 10 Log Curls IC and 10 Log Rows IC<\/p>\n
