The Thang went something like this&#8230;&#8221;Off you go! :<\/p>\n<p>Warm-O-Rama:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1-lap around track w\/ some Apollo Creed, Karaoke, backward run.<\/li>\n<li>Circle-up for IC: SSH (Lysol-style) x25, IS x15, Squats x15, Merkins x15, Monkey Humpers x15, Jack Reachers x25<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Mosey to the tunnel (under NW Blvd.) for wallwork<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Emperor&#8217;s Chair, 10 Mike Tysons OYO, 10 Donkey Kicks OYO, rinse-repeato<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Mosey to RJRHS benches (All IC)<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Dips x15, step-ups (R &amp; L) x15, Derkins x10, Irkins x10, Box Jumps x10, Dips x15, step-ups x14 (R&amp;L), Derkins x10, Irkins x10, Box Jumps x10<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Mosey up to RJR Auditorium for DORA (partner-up)&#8230;at some point here we were joined by Buyout!<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>100 LBC, 200 Freddie Mercs, 300 Rosalita (Juanita&#8217;s performed)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Mosey to practice field next to Reynolds Rd. for Grinder: (3 man partners)<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Burpees and Merkins were the exercises of choice&#8230;~100 yds run in-between.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Mosey to track:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Two ~50M sprints<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Mary: IC &#8212; low flutter x25, Peter Parker x15, Rosalita x15, Parker Peter x15, Mutton Crunch (holding bottom leg off ground) x10 ea. leg<\/p>\n<p>Fin!<\/p>\n<p>COT: YHC took PAX out with prayers of heeling for Palin family, strength, compassion and understanding for Butter family, prayers for our leaders (local, state and federal)&#8230;might they find the will and integrity to lead by a higher example of humanity\/compassion.<\/p>\n<p>Annc: call out for male leadership to encourage and set an example for the right behaviour vs. rewarding hurt-full<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Thistle is seeking a PAX to step-up and takeover site Q for WIB&#8230;#CherryPie?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Prayer: Thoughts for Butter&#8217;s brother during particularly tough time in his life. Continued prayers for Palin and his family after the passing of his mother.<\/p>\n<p>MC:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Some light MC during warm-o-rama, but unfortunately YHC couldn&#8217;t pick-up the specifics of the comments though the culprits were clearly Butter, SF, Spicoli&#8230;<\/li>\n<li>It was recommended that Monkey Humpers during Warm-o-rama should be performed backwards so as to &#8220;moon&#8221; the Q for calling such an exercise&#8230;#assinine<\/li>\n<li>Lambchop is the new #ToeTag&#8230;he has invited and managed to bring 2 FNGs to workouts this week! #BeefTips earlier in the week and today former FNG, &#8220;Fe-han-iks&#8221;, not sure how we arrived at the deconstructed, phonetic spelling of Phoenix when Shake-up and Relo were on the table, but none-the-less welcome &#8220;Fe-han-iks&#8221;<\/li>\n<li>YHC does not eat Mushy Peas&#8230;<\/li>\n<li>Thanks for the keys to IC!
