  1. Pax will be divided into four teams.<\/li>\n
  2. Each team starts at its own base.<\/li>\n
  3. Teams must complete a cumulative number of reps of different exercise at each base then travel to next base by prescribed method.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
      \n
    • 1st\u00a0 base: 100 merkins<\/li>\n
    • 2nd base: 100 LBCs<\/li>\n
    • 3rd base:\u00a0 100 Squats<\/li>\n
    • Home: 100 kettle bell swings (one pax swings, others Al Gore, then pass the bell)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Example: a team of 4 is at 1st base. Each pax would complete 25 merkins on their own then Apollo Creed together to second when all are done.\u00a0<\/em><\/div>\n

      Transportation between bases:<\/p>\n

        \n
      • 1st to 2nd: Apollo Creed<\/li>\n
      • 2nd to 3rd: Butt Kickers<\/li>\n
      • 3rd to home: High Knees<\/li>\n
      • Home to 1st: Mosey<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        Each time a team passes the base it started on, it gets a point. Keep track of your points.<\/p>\n

        Team with the most points after 30 minutes wins.\u00a0 Winning team gets the honor of leading Mary.<\/p>\n

        Schedule of Events:<\/p>\n

        • 7-715 warm and mosey to diamond<\/li>\n
        • 7:15 to 7:45 game<\/li>\n
        • 7:45 to 8: long mosey back and Mary<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
