Five years ago on January 28, 2014, a PAX from CLT named Snowflake was on the schedule to Q the first mid-week workout for F3WinstonSalem as he was going to be in town on business. But Mother Nature dumped some snow and ice on our beloved city; thus, keeping Snowflake from making the journey north. An email was sent to the existing F3WinstonSalem PAX advising that Snowflake was unable to make it. So in a “Hold my beer. I got this.” moment, YHC answered the email – the show would go on. Six fearless souls braved the elements on January 29, 2014, and so it was born – #Conspiracy was officially on the books.<\/p>\n

That was the morning’s history trivia imparted on the 14 who arrived at the newly constructed HP parking lot (that place needs lights, by the way). And then away they went…<\/p>\n

Mosey to the soccer fields for the one thing that YHC (unfortunately) remembered from the workout 5 years ago – BEAR CRAWLS<\/p>\n

Mosey to Education Hill – Jacobs Ladder (squats and plank jacks)<\/p>\n

Mosey to the pull-up bar area next to the gym – Grinders (running from the pull-up bars to the new benches at the playground). Exercises consisted of Merkins, People’s Chair with Jack Reachers, Penguin Crunches, L\/R leg step ups and Irkins.<\/p>\n

Mosey back to the track for Mary – exercises at each corner of the track<\/p>\n
