It all started out well but a Q fail on the second warm-up exercise set the MC into full throttle. Who knew there was a strict method to counting Abe Vigodas? A few more exercises and YHC decided to can the warm-up and move on. The morning went like this:<\/p>\n<p>Warm-O-Rama<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>SSH x 20 IC<\/li>\n<li>Abe Vigoda x 5 (Not really IC)<\/li>\n<li>Imperial Walker x 20 IC<\/li>\n<li>Hillbillies x 20 IC<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The Thang<\/p>\n<p>Mosey to the Jamison Park parking lot<\/p>\n<p>Route 66 &#8211; Run the length of the parking lot and one burpee, run back and two burpees, run back and three burpees&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;.kept running until we hit eleven burpees.<\/p>\n<p>YHC had planned on the PAX bear crawling from the parking lot to the picnic tables, it is downhill, but after sixty-six burpees the MC had turned.
