7 Pax gathered at Wiley Middle School for a 3.3mile jaunt through Buena Vista. \u00a0The weather was great for an early morning run. \u00a0We started down NW Blvd with a left on Reynolda Rd. \u00a0After 3\/4 of a mile the route turned left at Robin Hood for another 3\/4 of a mile straight uphill. \u00a0A left on Oaklawn followed by a left on Forest put us back on Stratford. \u00a0A quick right and another left on Runnymede brought us home.<\/p>\n
We followed our run with 12 minutes of Tabata making use of the pull up bars near Reynolds gym.<\/p>\n
