sedan. So their numbers were lower.

YHC had the list of the exercises and locations planned and typed up — he just needed the guys to pick a parking space, so he observed each arrival and made copious notes. Here is the result:

run to Winston Square Park for dips in cadence and then 82 (Zima) SSHs, single count.

run to intersection of 4th and Marshall by the salad place for 89 (Turnover) squats.

run over to the side of the old GMAC building for 79 (Cheesesteak) merkins.

run over to 5th and Cherry by entrance to convention center for Nolan Ryans in cadence and 80 (Mutton) monkey humpers.

run to front of Millenium Center for 90 (Proxy) alternating lunges (45 each leg).

run north on Liberty to art park for ISTs in cadence and 60 (Root Canal) WWII sit-ups.

run over to Main and 7th and a little south on main to a vacant lot for 100 (Burlap) plankjacks.

run south on main to lot just north of 5th St and RAI for 82 (back to Zima) low flutters (each leg).

run south on main to corner at 4th street for 89 bear crawl steps westward on sidewalk in front of 1 W. 4th St building.

run to corner of 4th and Cherry for 79 overhead claps, single count.

run down Cherry to lot on right in middle of 1st Pres campus for 80 mountain climbers, count only one leg.

over to parking deck for 90 Russian Twists, each side.

back to parking lot for two minutes of Mary with one-legged dolleys (each side) and Freddie Mercuries.

Done.

COT

Thanksgiving for Palin’s good report

Prayers for those with addictions

Prayers for unspoken requests

YHC took us out

NMM

At about 40 degrees, temps were on the ‘cut line’ as the first thing that Root Canal had said about him before the workout started was that the FNG would be Root Canal’s proxy for the workout, knowing that the FNG could handle whatever came his way. Welcome, Proxy!

Cheesesteak was a quiet assassin this morning, working efficiently and quickly but not sacrificing form.

Zima was a beast, per usual, and only once commented on the Qs form (or lack thereof).

Mutton was strong as usual, quietly knocking out the high number of reps.

Root Canal has an obsession with the number 11. Don’t ask — you don’t really want to know what goes on inside his head.

Turnover was out front much of the morning and knocking out the exercises with apparent ease.

Lysol saved gas and walked/ran the three blocks from his abode. So, YHC decided his was parking space Zero and assigned him burpees — no burpees performed today at Flatline.

YHC could only go straight through on a few of the exercises (SSHs, squats, bear crawl, OH claps) but had to break up the others at 50 or so just to give muscles a break. Some of those beasts worked straight through most all of them. When folks finished early, they generally planked or worked another exercise while waiting (maybe 30 seconds max) for the last pax to finish.

Thanks to Peta (Pita? —
