It went something like this. &nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Warm-o-Rama: the usual for Goofy<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>BLIMPS<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Do the following exercises according to the reps\/instructions further below,&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Burpees&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lunges&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>IW&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Merkin&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Plank Jack&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Squats\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Start in nearest shelter&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>1st round increase by 1\u2019s. When done run to 2nd shelter,&nbsp;<\/li><li>2nd round increase by 2\u2019s, when done run to first shelter&nbsp;<\/li><li>3rd round increase by 3\u2019s<\/li><li>And so on until reach 5.&nbsp;<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Swingers Choice&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Selected Pax grabs KB, calls exercise then does 20 swings while rest of Pax do called exercise.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dora 1-2-3.&nbsp; Merkins, LBC and Squats<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mary: called by various Pax<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>COT:&nbsp; YHC took us out thanking the Lord for his grace and this group of men. &nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Announcements\/Prayer Concerns<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>LB has the Q at Parliament this AM<\/li><li>VG stopped by to make sure we knew that he has the Q on 1\/26, which is the same date as Foothills \u201cSexual Chocolate\u201d brew.&nbsp; Beer is always a good reason to workout. &nbsp;<\/li><li>Prayers for Harden\u2019s family on the loss of his grandmother<\/li><li>Prayers continuing for Burlap\u2019s family on the loss of his father. &nbsp;<\/li><li><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>NMM<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>The Pax kept multiplying as the workout grew.  BBBC guys showed up just in time for Dora.  Well done. <\/li><li> @Spam was identified by his running style by Bluto and YHC, but was not seen thereafter. <\/li><li>@VanGogh sauntered up with his usually cheerfulness around time  for Mary.  And to advertise his upcoming Brews\/Breakfast Q in the COT.   YHC did not call on him for Mary as I was scared of a fully rested VanGogh for Mary.  <\/li><li>Sassy wanted everyone to know that he and Bluto were the only Pax who were not respectable to start the workout.
