go figure) as the\nmagic hour approached, George Strait came on the speaker, and we ovaled up as\nthe clock struck 0700.&nbsp; Pax were\ninstructed that monkey humpers were required throughout the workout if pax were\nnot bringing up the six.&nbsp; Add 10 to\nnumber cards, face cards equal 25, aces equal 50, and jokers are Q\u2019s choice.&nbsp; One lap of ~.3 miles around the park between\neach exercise with EC option of five pull ups along the way.&nbsp; #Threeisawesomebutitwillchangeyourlife.<\/li><li>DashPax Ruck on Sunday launching at 0645 from\nFood Lion at intersection of Hawthorne and Knollwood. &nbsp;Watch the Twitter for Omahas due to the\nweather.<\/li><li>Weekly coffeeteria for the DashPax region after\nSaturday workouts is at CFA on Robinhood.&nbsp;\nGreat opportunity for the 2<sup>nd<\/sup> F.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Prayer Requests:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Burlap\u2019s and Parquet\u2019s family as they grieve Burlap\u2019s\nfather\u2019s death.&nbsp; Specific prayers of\ncomfort and mercy from the Lord for Burlap\u2019s mother as she just spent her\nsecond night in 70 years alone.<\/li><li>YHC\u2019s phone spazzed out during the CoT and cannot\nremember any other requests.&nbsp; Apologies.&nbsp; Please post any YHC omitted in the comments.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>YHC took us out with prayers offered up to the LORD to\nenable us by His Spirit to love our wives as we love ourselves, to be gentle\nwith our children, and to honor and respect our parents and all those in\nauthority over us.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>NMM:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Great crowd this morning, and an opportunity for YHC to\nexercise &amp; fellowship with several pax with whom YHC does not often cross\npaths.&nbsp; It was beautiful to hear the\nencouragement that the pax were offering one another throughout.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The group completed no less than 20 pull ups and up to 40 if\nEC was elected.&nbsp; Approximate number of\nmonkey humpers = 500, +\/- 5.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>YHC\u2019s intended plan was to lead a few sets of pull ups and variations of body destroyers.&nbsp; Seeing as how neither Zima nor Mongoose made an appearance, that seemed to be achievable (Zima will be surprised to know that YHC is allowed near playgrounds, but only if YHC is willing to push YHC&#8217;s three children simultaneously on the swings).&nbsp; But.&nbsp; So. Much. MC.&nbsp; \u201cAre you getting paid by the exercise\u201d was heard splashing out of Splash\u2019s mouth.&nbsp; And then all MC ceased.&nbsp; Burpees and running tend to redirect the mouth to activities other than MC.&nbsp; Much was made, primarily by Spam, of YHC\u2019s eclectic playlist which including George Strait, Zac Brown, White Snake, Steve Miller, Pearl Jam, U2, Blitzen Trapper (check them out), Julie Andrews (you read that right), Old Crow Medicine Show, Marshall Tucker, DMB, David Lee Murphy, Bob Seger, and the Allman Brothers.&nbsp; Spam uttered something to the effect of, \u201cYou have looked into my heart and extracted the will to live with your musical selection.\u201d&nbsp; Success.&nbsp; Spam somehow managed to carry on and dominated the morning.&nbsp; THE Pony Express offered a contrary opinion that the playlist was decent and additional encouragement that was much appreciated by YHC.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Green Acres is amazing.&nbsp;\nThe man was almost straight vertical on the hand-walking BTTW.&nbsp; YHC noted that he also elected for EC\npull-ups each time around the park.&nbsp; Parquet\nand Ripple pushed through the BTTW pain with youthful vigor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cheesesteak, Splash, Burns, Bevo, Dr. Toot, Turnover and Offsides\npushed the pace on the running.&nbsp; Turnover\nhad something left in the tank and made a jailbreak for it back to the launch\npoint at the end.&nbsp; Turnover, Offsides,\nand YHC fellowshipped over lingering damage of various sorts resulting from\nZima\u2019s WIB Q on Thursday.&nbsp; Also, if you\ndidn\u2019t know, the background to Offsides\u2019 name is his soccer background.&nbsp; YHC expects to see him on the weekly Premier League\nmatch of the week on Sunday.&nbsp; Dude is\nstrong.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>T-claps to Cheesesteak\u2019s cat for waking him at 0400, and\nUndertow\u2019s 0608 text of encouragement to YHC.&nbsp;\nYHC appreciates his GAS group brothers for coming out.&nbsp; <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It\u2019s always great seeing Starfish, THE Singing Cowboy,\nBoomerang, Sgt.
