It went like this:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pax mosey around the perimeter of the parking lot. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Come back, draw a card, decipher the workout indicated by the card. Suite indicates exercise, number is the reps. Face cards are there own thing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Circle up, Side Straddle Hop for the six (note: the six was me each time) then each pax will call their exercise going around the circle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ditch card, lap, repeat-0.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Spade:  Carolina Dry Docks<\/li><li>Clubs:  Merkins<\/li><li>Diamonds: LBCs<\/li><li>Hearts:  Heels to Heaven<\/li><li>Jack:  10 plank jacks<\/li><li>King:  10 Peter Parkers<\/li><li>Queen: 10 Mountain Climbers<\/li><li>Ace:  10 burpees (#crowdpleaser)<\/li><li><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Going by the discard pile we did 8 rounds for a total of: <\/p>\n\n\n\n<table class=\"wp-block-table\"><tbody><tr><td>Peter Parkers<\/td><td>30<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Mounain Climbers<\/td><td>40<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Plank Jacks<\/td><td>20<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Burpees<\/td><td>40<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Carolina Dry Docks<\/td><td>45<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Merkins<\/td><td>54<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Heels<\/td><td>54<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>LBCs<\/td><td>46<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table>\n\n\n\n<p>Ended with high-tempo Mary by committee, the normal stuff.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>COT:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Prayer requests: Turnover asks for wisdom and prayer. We got you, brother.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>YHC took us out with a moving addendum from Root Canal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Flatline always smokes me and I&#8217;m always glad to have been smoked.
