It\u2019s OK, because @DramaQueen didn\u2019t want to get his shoes wet. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Partner up &#8211; One pax ran to the far end of the parking lot and back while the other pax performed the stated exercises. &nbsp;Exercises consisted of:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Burpees<\/li><li>Squats<\/li><li>Plank<\/li><li><strong>Repeato<\/strong><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>We then moseyed to the Trinity Elms Retirement Community\u2026. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>15 curb dips<\/li><li>15 dirkins<\/li><li>15 &nbsp;irkins<\/li><li>10 lunges &#8211; each leg<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Yet another mosey to Novant hospital parking lot for some more of the same. &nbsp;@WAHOO and @TOUCHMENOT circled back for the two RESPECT pax<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>One pax ran to the far end of the parking lot and back while the other pax performed the stated exercises. &nbsp;Exercises consisted of:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Merkins <\/li><li>Burpees<\/li><li>Plank<\/li><li><strong>Repeato<\/strong><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Mosey to parking lot in front of pond by Morgan Elementary School for some more fun. &nbsp;One pax ran to the far end of the parking lot and back while the other pax performed the stated exercises. &nbsp;Exercises consisted of:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Merkins <\/li><li>SSHs<\/li><li>Burpees<\/li><li>Squats<\/li><li>Plank<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>No time to for additional fun as we were approx 2 miles out and only 15 minutes till the end of workout. \u00a0\u00a0@DramaQueen was pacing for a 7 minute mile\u2026..We made it back 5 minutes late and therefore the QIC forfeited his pay. \u00a0<\/strong><br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>The PAX stated that they will complete Mary exercises on their own\u2026. <\/strong><br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Announcements &amp; COT<\/strong><br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>It appears this was record mileage for #DAWGPOUND as @TouchMeNot clocked 5.4 miles&#8230;although it may have been some of the circling back for the QIC that added to his mileage\u00a0<\/strong><\/li><li><strong>Monday gloom #Outhouse and #Estate are converging at Reynolda Village<\/strong><\/li><li><strong>Tuesday 7:00 \u2013 All converge at Hanes Park <\/strong><\/li><li><strong>@DramaQueen took us out<\/strong><\/li><\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>PAX &#8211; WAHOO (WB), DRAMAQUEEN (WD), TOUCHMENOT DATE 12\/29\/18 QIC &#8211; LIGHT BRIGADE Warm O Rama SSHs 15 IST 15 Arm swirly things, F\/B 10 each Mountain climbers 15 Mosey to Mexican restaurant parking lot\u2026.QIC was duped by a recommendation to run out to the main entrance by the young fella\u2019s.
