The third core principal of F3 is workouts “are held outdoors, rain or shine, heat or cold.” The finale of BBBC for this year put this principal to the test. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Non-stop rain during the overnight hours did not dissuade the faithful Pax for the easiest running route on paper. Meet at Ortho-Carolina parking lot (Peacehaven and Lewisville\/Clemmons Road). Run towards Parliament. Turn around and return to where we started.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Sassy, DQ, and YHC started as a trio. We were soon joined by a speedy Katniss who made an appearance, and then headed back to his car. Some nasty sickness going through his household.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
We made it to SW School Road and turned around at that point.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The rain held off until the last quarter mile or so. Easy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
NMM <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n As always, the best 2nd F occurs with small group workouts. Even more so when running together. Decent pace and all Pax stayed together.<\/p>\n\n\n\n 3.12 miles covered, per the Garmin watch<\/p>\n\n\n\n Announcements\/Prayer Requests<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n Check Twitter for changes to normal workout schedules through beginning of New Year.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Prayers for family of pastor of church in Clemmons who was killed in auto accident yesterday.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Safe travels to DQ as he heads West today for business. Drive Safe!<\/p>\n\n\n\n Coffeeteria happened immediately after at Panera. Best part of any workout!<\/p>\n\n\n\n That’s it boys. BBBC 2018 is done!
