Seems to have turned out pretty\nwell.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Schultz led us in warmorama that included the typicals: SSH,\nWhirly, Abe vigoda, forward arm circles, reverse arm circles, etc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mosey to the rock pile stopping at each light pole across the\nfront of the school for 5 burpees.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Each PAX retrieved a rock of appropriate size and circled\nup. Going around the circle, each PAX had the opportunity to enter the middle\nof the circle and lead the shoulder exercise of their choice. Multiple opportunities\nexisted to sample what other people thought were appropriately sized rocks.\nWobegon got excited and pulled a Hulk Smash and made one rock into two! After\neveryone had led an exercise, we returned the rocks and Schultz turned over the\nQ to me.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We moseyed to the wall for<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>people\u2019s chair<\/li><li>derkins x10<\/li><li>head, shoulder, knees and toes, knees and toes<\/li><li>go down the line doing one burpee at a time<\/li><li>hsktkt<\/li><li>go down the line doing one burpee at a time, but\nstart at both ends and meet in the middle<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Mosey to the other side of the gate for a three-man grinder<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>jump lunges and heels to heaven (zima style)<\/li><li>squats and low flutter<\/li><li>calf raises and Freddie mercury<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Mosey back to the car with 15 seconds to spare so Mary was 2\nburpees.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Seems like everyone had a good time, even our out of town\nguests from Charlotte and Wilmington.
