We even had to change where we park to avoid getting stuck. Some PAX were incredulous that we would even attempt a workout in such a hazardous environment. But undeterred (and some might say a little lazily), YHC recycled a Q from #Parliament that required no running and lots of reps.<\/p>\n<p>And speaking of lazy, a link to the original workout can be found <a href=\"https:\/\/www.f3winstonsalem.com\/f3\/total-body-workout-with-no-running-at-parliament\/\" target=\"_blank\">here<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>We followed the original fairly closely, except for some variation in the warm-up exercises. Also, we did the &#8220;ab smasher&#8221; in &#8220;round-robin&#8221; fashion and were able to get through the entire circuit.<\/p>\n<p>YHC took us out<\/p>\n<p><strong>Announcements &amp; COT:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>@F3 Christmas party is this Saturday, 12\/15. Several songs by the Killers, some traditional Christmas songs done as guitar-driven instrumentals, and even Leon Redbone singing &#8220;Christmas Island&#8221;&#8230;<\/li>\n<li>Some complaints when we started the 2nd round of &#8220;8 Ball O&#8217; Merkins&#8221;, but overall a pretty quiet group this morning.
