In parking lot, all were conversing when the Site Q flexed his “in charge muscle” and forced us on the road. Sac had a quick lead out front, not sure how he finished as he was out of my site fairly quick.\u00a0 The VIG, Bueller?, and Interference held back with us common folk until the first turn.\u00a0 Route went like this: L on Hawthorne, L on Glade to 4th, L on Main, L on 5th, R on Summit, L on Reynolda, L on Northwest to the house.\u00a0 Good times in the back with Juicebox.\u00a0 Strong work by a post ACL reconstruction,\u00a0 juice rolled up Glade like his pre injury days.\u00a0 He obviously was keeping track of smooth road to keep the pain from increasing.\u00a0 \u00a0BoutTime and Glazer rolled along 100yds ahead, as the quick boys took off.\u00a0 Upon arrival back to lot, we knocked out some exercises,\u00a0 certainly not Bueller cadence and quality, but nonetheless we Gunned.\u00a0 Merkins, low flutter, squats, jack reachers.\u00a0 \u00a0Good MC by all, and we missed some story that BoutTime was about to tell on himself and Christmas decorations.\u00a0 YHC took us out.\u00a0 Enjoyed.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
