I do love a theme for a run or workout.\u00a0 And I’m accused often of given guided tours of Old Salem to the 5:15 group.\u00a0 But Bluto is getting smarter on local history… so that is plus.\u00a0\u00a0Folks seemed to enjoy the last tour of bridges before the big Business 40 closure.\u00a0 \u00a0 Everyone is talking about 40 closing.\u00a0 But they forget all the bridges over 40 and the roads under 40 will be affected and replaced too.\u00a0 Many of these bridges close this weekend or Monday.\u00a0 We all did learn that bridges do freeze before roads and quickly become slippery and icy.\u00a0 \u00a0If you really want to learn some more about the Business 40 project watch this video:\u00a0https:\/\/youtu.be\/0WxkGfZX_78<\/a> .\u00a0 \u00a0Also check out www.creativecorridors.org<\/a> for info on the private effort to make this project not your standard DOT government issue roadway and bridges.\u00a0 You can see some of the work already on Research Parkway and the Twin Arches at US52.<\/p>\n
