Here&#8217;s what we did&#8230;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Warm-o-rama:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>x19 IC SSH<\/li>\n<li>x18 IC IW<\/li>\n<li>x11 IC each &#8211; Arm Swirly (fwd), Arm Swirly (bwd), Moroccan Night Club, Seal Clap, Overhead Clap<\/li>\n<li>Some very slow Abe Vigoda&#8217;s<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em>Mosey to far (new) parking lot<\/em><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>11 ladder &#8211; SSH &amp; IW (Running back and forth across parking lot)<\/li>\n<li>DB drills in parking lot &#8211; x25 calf-raises at each end, 2 trips each round = x100 calf-raises<\/li>\n<li>Bear Crawl to curb and do x11 merkins, x11 Plan Jax, x19 squats, &amp; x18 Monkey Humpers (repeato)<\/li>\n<li><em>Mosey to near shelter<\/em><\/li>\n<li>x11 Dips, Irkins, Derkins, &amp; Table curls<\/li>\n<li><em>Mosey back to start<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Mary:<\/strong><br \/>\nEach PAX lead an ab-related exercise. It was great.<\/p>\n<p>And, we&#8217;re done!<\/p>\n<p>YHC took us out.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Announcements &amp; COT<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Prayers for @Bolero&#8217;s son who recently joined the Marines<\/li>\n<li>Today&#8217;s theme as Armistice Day, which commemorates the ending of hostilities in WWI at 11:11am on 11\/11\/1918 (100 year anniversary). Hence, all the &#8220;11&#8221;, &#8220;19&#8221;, &#8220;18&#8221;, and &#8220;100&#8221; counts&#8230;<\/li>\n<li>Good work by everyone!
