The last mist of the early morning rain greeted this hearty band of brothers as we collected at the Estate. Interference, The Vig, Beverley, and Winklevoss met off to the side and took off for some fine tune training for their upcoming race, while the rest of us remained to do \u2026.<\/p>\n
Warm up<\/p>\n
SSH, 10 plankjack burpees IC, 20 merkins IC, Whirley’s, Mountain climbers, Abe Vigoda’s, Copperhead squats.<\/p>\n
The Thang<\/p>\n
Mosey to the bridge, run to each street light on the trail and do one alternating lunge, run to the second and do two, etc. Thirteen light poles, you do the math.<\/p>\n
Mosey to the Quad<\/p>\n
Run the Quad, stopping four times to do 10, then 20, then 30 merkins, monkey humpers, and heels to heaven. The fourth stop was 10 burpees. Everyone did a great job staying together. We then repeato-ed in descending order with the same exercises to unwind.<\/p>\n
Moseyed back to the parking lot next to the trail back home for the Gross, but time was slipping away, so we only got 12 squats, merkins, picle pounders, luges and diamond merkins.<\/p>\n
Moseyed home.\u00a0 The running fastholes joined us going home, and although they were cruising easy, they were still moving at a high rate. Well done.<\/p>\n
Snooki and Cheesesteak were form idealists all morning while Jar-Jar and Chisel led the way all while having a lovely conversation about whatever those guys are up to.\u00a0 Undertow kept the youthful Benjamin Buttons within the envelope of awesomeness and Woebegon cheated himself out of NOTHING. Did everything with zero shortcuts. Well done by all.<\/p>\n
COT. Thankful for the physical and spiritual push\/accountability that has led to RESULTS across the board. Everyone keeps upping their game.<\/p>\n
