But there are Qs who are good at themed workouts, and Qs who are not. So mark me in the &#8220;not&#8221; category. Let&#8217;s just put in the work, and hopefully share some laughs and general #MC along the way. And since the attendees of #Mayhem are rarely\/never seen at that AO in southern VA (aka Reagan HS a la #B&amp;W), then breaking out the deck of cards two weeks in a row is not a play eligible for being called a foul. So this is what it looked like this AM at the Meadowlark schools:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Aces = Merkins x 25<\/li>\n<li>Kings = Squats x 20<\/li>\n<li>Queens = Mountain Climbers x 20<\/li>\n<li>Jacks = Plank Jacks x 20<\/li>\n<li>Jokers = Burpees x 15<\/li>\n<li>2, 3, 4 of any suit = run from elementary school loop to entrance on Meadowlark and back<\/li>\n<li>Spades = Lunges<\/li>\n<li>Hearts = Mike Tyson&#8217;s<\/li>\n<li>Diamonds = Low Flutters (IC)<\/li>\n<li>Clubs = Monkey Humpers<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Mary:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>LBCs<\/li>\n<li>Outside knee touches<\/li>\n<li>Low Dolly<\/li>\n<li>Low Flutter<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>CoT:\u00a0 @Burlap took us out<\/p>\n<p>Announcements\/Prayer requests:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Prayers for victims and their families of recent shootings. **Take time to read @VanPelt&#8217;s recent BB regarding taking action**<\/li>\n<li>Mark your calendars for December 15, 2018:\u00a0 F3\/FiA holiday party. Admittedly, there was no shuffling of the deck after last week&#8217;s #B&amp;W. But the Q is horrible at shuffling cards anyway (just ask his 6 year old, @Venom). So it really wouldn&#8217;t have mattered anyway.<\/li>\n<li>The Q was shot down quickly when attempting to list what cards equaled what exercises prior to getting going. #CharlieBrownsTeacher #WahWahWahWah<\/li>\n<li>@Zima does wear sleeves when the temps are in the 40&#8217;s. Short sleeves vs. sleeveless. But sleeves, nonetheless.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Good to be out with the men of #Mayhem.
