It also served as a warm up for two of the PAX running the Rugged Maniac obstacle course later in the morning.<\/p>\n<p>Given YHCs profession it also turned into an impromptu \u2018education\u2019 for the PAX \u2013 so it seemed fitting to start with a slow mosey and warmup to Education Hill to start the fun.<\/p>\n<p>WARM-O-RAMA<\/p>\n<p>Mosey to three stations on the way to Education Hill<\/p>\n<p>SSH, IW, Toy Soldiers, Arm Swirly Things, Whirly With the Clap<\/p>\n<p>THE THANG<\/p>\n<p>#1 Mosey to the base of Education Hill for the first class:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u00a0Dora 1-2-3 up the hill<\/li>\n<li>100 Merkins, 200 LBCs, 300 Squats<\/li>\n<li>Alternate bear crawls and runs up the hill till completed<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>#2 PAX seemed to want a short recess to we moseyed to the half tennis court<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Line up against the wall holding people&#8217;s chair running in succession with burpee before return<\/li>\n<li>Three more rounds of JR (15, 25, 5), Mike Tyson&#8217;s (5, 10, 15), and BTTW<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>#3 Time to resume class so we mosey to the Shelter for Five Layers of Dips:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Dips x 10, Step Ups Each Leg x10, alternate Merkins, Diamond Merkins, Wide Armed Merkins, Erkins and Derkins<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>#4 Another call to recess so we mosey to the playground swings for doras on the swings<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Reverse rows with swings while partner runs around the circle<\/li>\n<li>Switch out<\/li>\n<li>complete three rounds<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>#5 Since YHC finds the Intimidator intimidating and had resolved not to make it part of the workout, so we head to the base of the infamous hill for a final push<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Add exercises 10-20-30-40<\/li>\n<li>Run to the first stop sign 10 Merkins<\/li>\n<li>Left to second corner add 20 Plank Jacks<\/li>\n<li>Third corner add 30 squats<\/li>\n<li>Return add 40 LBCs<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Mosey back to the Parking Lot for Mary<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>HTH and one round of drawing ABCs to complete the lesson.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>NMM<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lively group and strong work from everyone!<\/li>\n<li>Due to absent-mindedness can\u2019t remember too much though I\u2019m encouraged to have potential auditors for future courses.<\/li>\n<li>PALIN intimidated at the Intimidator with demonstration Offensive LB drills<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>NMM<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Upcoming obstacle course events 11\/3 and 11\/10, see Huckleberry, Zima or Van Gogh for details<\/li>\n<li>Prayers for family of Betsy Helms, whose mother is going into hospice soon<\/li>\n<li>Prayers for Boo Boo&#8217;s brother-in-law Keith who was just diagnosed with cancer<\/li>\n<li>YHC took us out thanking God for his blessings and asking his help to be better men in our relationships and and all that we do our daily lives<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Couldn&#8217;t have asked for a better group of men for my solo VQ, appreciate your support and an honor to get a chance to lead today.<\/p>\n<p>Thanks for the keys Palin<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>PAX: Palin, Sergeant Schultz, Root Canal (WD), Lambchop, Boo Boo, Thistle, Creson (WB), Roosevelt, Ziggy Stardust (Q) Nine PAX enjoyed a brisk fall morning and a muddy field after yesterday&#8217;s rain.
