And following on the heels of attempting to Q #Impossible Situation at Leinbach Park&#8230;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\"><em>Don&#8217;t agree to 2x Qs when you are out of the office at a conference the entire previous week! #LifeProTip<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>Warm O&#8217;Rama<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>At the inquiry of one smart aleck Pax who wondered whether we were going to be doing Moon Goods that day &#8211; since I didn&#8217;t have anything else planned (unbeknownst to all Pax except Chisel at this point), we started with those. In cadence, 20x each side. Then,<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; SSH<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Imperial Storm Troopers (Glazer is the best at making\u00a0<em>pew-pew<\/em> noises)<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Mosey to the Track<\/p>\n<p><strong>The Thang<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u00a0Run around the track doing warm-up exercises (does this belong in the last section?) such as Apollo Creeds, Karaoke, &amp; High Knees<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Stop at the shelter and grab some bench for Ciabatta\n<ul>\n<li>4x sets of 4:\u00a0 Dips, Cherry Pie Death Crunches, Merkins, Step Ups<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Take a lap around the track<\/li>\n<li>Another round of Ciabatta (it was delicious)\n<ul>\n<li>4x sets of 4:\u00a0 Dips, Derkins(2x)\/Erkins (2x), Fire Hydrants, LBCs<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Mosey back to the newly paved parking lot, find some curb<\/li>\n<li>3x sets of calf raises<\/li>\n<li>3x sets of WWII situps<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Mary &amp; COT<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>YHC&#8217;s favorite = &#8216;popcorn&#8217; Mary<\/li>\n<li>Whomever chose last, picked next<\/li>\n<li>YHC remembers doing Russian Twists and many others which he is struggling to recall<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Seemed like a solid workout with good camaraderie<\/li>\n<li>Praise for\u00a0Mutton&#8217;s brother&#8217;s cancer responding to the treatment!<\/li>\n<li>Pray for Lawn Boy&#8217;s shoulder surgery (of the Weed Eater family &#8211; YHC had the &#8220;humble&#8221; aspect emphasized when he requested confirmation that &#8220;Lawn Boy&#8221; was an F3 guy, thus implying YHC thought &#8220;Lawn Boy&#8221; could have been his given name.
