Q Workout! #Impossible Situation"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>As you all know, YHC&#8217;s birthday is 10.21. A couple weeks ago Greenspan approached YHC with the idea of a birthday-themed &#8220;Q v. Q&#8221;\u00a0 workout since his was 10.25. The idea was YHC would Q for half and Greenspan would Q for half. YHC was amenable to the idea, prepared accordingly, and was ready to go at Leinbach Park at 7:00am.<\/p>\n<p>Problem of course was that #Impossible Situation&#8217;s AO is Hanes Park. So, YHC, accompanied by his 9-yr-old 2.0 (FNG), was a little late. The below represents<\/p>\n<p><strong>Warm-O-Rama:\u00a0\u00a0<\/strong>SSHs, copperhead squats, Whirlys-with-a-cap, Age Vigodas, and slow dive bombers.<\/p>\n<p><strong>The Thang&#8217;:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>(Greenspan&#8217;s)<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Mosey to the playground<\/li>\n<li>2x sets of high\/low\/mid balanced step-ups on playground wall (<\/li>\n<li>Mosey to the bottom of the Intimidator<\/li>\n<li>2x sets calf raises on the steps at the bottom<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">Lap 1<\/span>\n<ul>\n<li>Clover &#8211;&gt; Carolina &#8211;&gt; Brookstown &#8211;&gt; West End<\/li>\n<li>5x Dive Bombers and 10x Cherry Pie Death Crunches<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">Lap 2<\/span>\n<ul>\n<li>Clover &#8211;&gt; Jersey &#8211;&gt; Brookstown &#8211;&gt; West End<\/li>\n<li>10x dive bombers and 20x Cherry Pie Death Crunches<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\"><em>This is when YHC (Swiss Miss) arrived!!!<\/em><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">Lap 3<\/span>\n<ul>\n<li>Clover &#8211;&gt; W. 5th &#8211;&gt; Brookstown &#8211;&gt; West End<\/li>\n<li>15x Dive Bombers and 30x Cherry Pie Death Crunches<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Greenspan led the Pax in singing Happy Birthday to YHC at this point<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>(Swiss Miss Q)<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Mosey to the Shelter<\/li>\n<li>Tabata!\n<ul>\n<li>4x sets of:\u00a0 Dips, Step-Ups, Derkins, LBCs<\/li>\n<li><em>We sang Happy Birthday to Greenspan at this point<\/em><\/li>\n<li>4x sets of:\u00a0 Erkins, on all fours leg-raises behind-not-to-the-side (neither the Pax nor YHC could remember the name of these but Snooki taught them to us &#8211; perhaps Snooki raises?), heels 2 heaven, elbow plank<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>There was a significant amount of good-natured mumble chatter here including mumble chatter about the mumble chatter<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Mary<\/strong>,<strong>\u00a0COT, and NMM<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Popcorn like YHC typically does:\u00a0 freddie mercs, protractor<\/p>\n<p>YHC took us out in prayer, remembering the less fortunate and being thankful for all we have been given).<\/p>\n<p>YHC was more than willing to write the BB as penance for being late (sorry to all and especially my co-Q) but told Greenspan he therefore would not include the following:<\/p>\n<p><em>The Pax Spoke = through their vote and decided that Greenspan was the better Q this morning&#8230;<\/em><\/p>\n<p>It was good to have my 2.0 out there, named Orange Justice because of his dancing affinity<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>As you all know, YHC&#8217;s birthday is 10.21.
