Run out of the Hanes Park parking lot:<\/p>\n
Right on Sunset
\nRight on Glade
\nRight on Hawthorne
\nStop at corner of Hawthorne and Glade for:<\/p>\n
Run up Northwest Blvd. to Hyde Avenue, mosey down to bottom
\nRun up Northwest Blvd. to Lynwood Avenue, mosey down to bottom
\nRun up Northwest Blvd. to First Street, mosey down to bottom<\/p>\n
Continue running down Northwest Blvd.
\nRight on West End Blvd.
\nStop at Clover (base of the Intimidator)<\/p>\n
Run up the Intimidator to Carolina Avenue, mosey back to bottom
\nRun up the Intimidator to Jersey Avenue mosey back to bottom<\/p>\n
Then on to the Track for:<\/p>\n
Ins and Outs<\/p>\n
Continuous running around the track going full throttle on the straightwaways and easy on the curves
\nQ called time after about 10-12 minutes<\/p>\n
Back to Parking lot for<\/p>\n
