{"id":6470,"date":"2018-09-30T11:50:25","date_gmt":"2018-09-30T15:50:25","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.f3winstonsalem.com\/f3\/?p=6470"},"modified":"2018-09-30T11:54:22","modified_gmt":"2018-09-30T15:54:22","slug":"dashpaxruckersseptember30","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.f3winstonsalem.com\/f3\/2018\/09\/dashpaxruckersseptember30\/","title":{"rendered":"DashPAXRuckersSeptember30"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Q:\u00a0 SGT Schultz<\/p>\n<p>Date:\u00a0 September 30, 2018<\/p>\n<p>The PAX:\u00a0\u00a0D-Day, Drip, Lawnboy, Starfish, SGT Schultz, Ziggy Stardust<\/p>\n<p>6 PAX met at the New Sherwood Pool for a morning walk lasting approximately 5.0-5.3 miles, depending upon whose Fitbit, iPhone or other device you consulted.<\/p>\n<p>The Route:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>From the pool parking lot, L on Fernmarch Drive<\/li>\n<li>L on Bryanplace Road<\/li>\n<li>R on Cedar Trail<\/li>\n<li>L on entry path to the Muddy Creek Greenway<\/li>\n<li>Continue on to the Muddy Creek Greenway<\/li>\n<li>L on Muddy Greek Greenway to its terminus at County Club Road<\/li>\n<li>Reverse and return to entry path to Muddy Creek Greenway<\/li>\n<li>L on Cedar Trail<\/li>\n<li>R on Marble Arch Road<\/li>\n<li>R on Allistair Road<\/li>\n<li>R on Allistair Road (again)<\/li>\n<li>Finish at the Pool<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Good conversation and fellowship was had by all.\u00a0 \u00a0Wildlife were observed in the form of deer in the yards of Marble Arch houses and a turtle crossing the path to the Greenway.<\/p>\n<p>NMM<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>D-Day took a brief hiatus to meet up with his wife and daughter, who were running on the Greenway, but rejoined us near the end<\/li>\n<li>Starfish hiked over a mile from his house to meet us at the Pool and decided to head for home as we passed close by it<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>COT<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>YHC took us out.\u00a0 Praise to our Lord for a beautiful day!<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Q:\u00a0 SGT Schultz Date:\u00a0 September 30, 2018 The PAX:\u00a0\u00a0D-Day, Drip, Lawnboy, Starfish, SGT Schultz, Ziggy Stardust 6 PAX met at the New Sherwood Pool for a morning walk lasting approximately 5.0-5.3 miles, depending upon whose Fitbit, iPhone or other device you consulted.
