Mosey to a street corner for Mary… crunchy frogs x15, Freddy merc\u2019s x 25<\/p>\n
Mosey to a parking lot for the 1-2-3 Dora. Everyone partnered up for 100 wide merkins, 200 Freddy merc\u2019s, 300 squats .<\/p>\n
Mosey to the Tar Branch Trail for the Circle-y thing…5 merkins, 10 pickle pounders, 10 monkey bumpers.<\/p>\n

Round about mosey back to home base.<\/p>\n

Bevo is very precise with his squat form deep, deep, deep.<\/p>\n
Turnover has ramped up his motor to the front on a consistent basis.<\/p>\n
Boomerang and DQ elevate the Respect crowd.<\/p>\n
Pita and TSA make me feel safe on the rough and tumble downtown streets.<\/p>\n
