11 pax posted to WIB for a promised “fun” workout. \u00a0Fun was had…..I think.<\/p>\n

Warm o rama – SSH x 15IC, IW x 15IC. \u00a0Whirly and Abe OYO. \u00a0Merkin x 10IC. \u00a0arm swirly things F\/R.<\/p>\n

Thang: \u00a0Mosey to the track. \u00a0First lap together with instructions – at the one end of the track perform 1 min of LBC’s followed by 1 min of plank. \u00a0Run the track to the other end and perform AMRAP pull ups followed by merkins, then back to AMRAP pull ups and then merkins. \u00a0Run back to the other side.<\/p>\n

the Twist………for each lap…..you must drag a cinderblock 200 meters and then sprint the other 200 meters coming back. \u00a0ropes were used to pull the cinderblocks.<\/p>\n

perform util time.<\/p>\n

The pax pretty much stayed together. \u00a0The cinderblock pull was terrible.<\/p>\n

TIME.<\/p>\n

Prayers – those fighting addiction.<\/p>\n

YHC took us out thanking HIM for our abilities and asking HIM to help us find those fighting addiction and find better ways to get them to HIM.<\/p>\n

MC – Cinderblock pull was a nice twist. \u00a0there was an open debate wether it was worse to pull the block and then do merkins or do merkins then pull the block. If you haven’t attempted as many reps as possible on pull-ups immediately followed by merkins and then repeat….you should. \u00a0its humbling. \u00a0Not too much MC out there – or at least they shielded it from YHC.<\/p>\n

unbelievable how strong this group was this morning. \u00a0it was a pleasure just to be out there with them. \u00a0thank you for the keys Thistle, since you weren’t there, i left them in Palins truck.<\/p>\n
