YHC has never been to VI. \u00a0I seen the post workout photo and it is always a strong group of men. \u00a0After a late night message to Sassy (the site Q) about where they actually meet, I was ready to go. \u00a0All I had to do was throw some bricks in the car, pull up google maps and make a plan. \u00a0Done, Huckleberry was ready to go.<\/p>\n
It was a beautiful morning. \u00a0Low 60’s. \u00a0low humidity. \u00a0perfect. \u00a0I pulled into the parking lot at 515 to evaluate the terrain and then, out of nowhere, it started to poor rain. \u00a0Interesting. \u00a0So I pull up the radar and there it was, the smallest green dot I have ever seen, right over us. \u00a0Go out in the rain and set up the course?? \u00a0Nope, sit in the car and wait it out.<\/p>\n
528, rain stops. \u00a0I get out and I am quickly joined by the rest of the PAX. \u00a00530…lets go.<\/p>\n

SSH, IW, Abe V, Whirly, Squat, arm circles F and R.<\/p>\n
Everyone grab a brick and follow me. \u00a0we mosey to the adjacent field and divide the field in half with cones. \u00a0Corner #1 – Running. \u00a0Corner #2 Pull-up\/Merkin. \u00a0Corner #3 (with bricks) Lateral raise\/ Overhead press. \u00a0Corner #4 – Peter Parker\/ LBCs.<\/p>\n
Break up into groups of 2-3 and go to different corners. \u00a0The timer is the runners. \u00a0they run 3 laps around the cones and then call switch\/rotate. \u00a0while they are running, perform the top exercise at your station until fatigue. \u00a0go to second exercise until fatigue. \u00a0then back to first exercise and so on until the runners have finished.<\/p>\n
After 2 rounds, time. \u00a0back to the parking lot for mary.<\/p>\n
mary: \u00a0Harden joins in after a run. \u00a0Low flutter, Low Dolly, Freddy Merk all IC x 15. \u00a0Low plank for last minute. \u00a0FIN.<\/p>\n
YHC took us out thanking HIM for our abilities to get after it and praying for us to find those struggling that need F3.<\/p>\n
MC: \u00a0beautiful morning after the rain but the exercises were rough. \u00a0nothing like doing an exercise to fatigue and then coming right back to it again and again. \u00a0Great push out there.<\/p>\n
The only real MC I heard was Fingers calling out Harden for not posting to a bootcamp in a while – something about too much running and nice soccer arms.<\/p>\n
Lots of WeFoCo in the parking lot but elected to run instead of posting; maybe they were insulted by the outsider showing up to their workout.<\/p>\n
Sassy I left the car in the ditch. \u00a0My bad. Maybe when Harden gets his arms back he can help pull it out.<\/p>\n
